Welcome

Runas are ancient writing symbols which were used by various Northern European tribes before the adoption of Latin alphabet. Some of these symbols mean forces of nature and were used to symbolize Health and Wellness. People believed that wearing charms with those runas would protect them from illness and misfortune. Their beliefs were largely based on their knowledge of Mother Nature and their own body interaction with the nature.

In Runa Wellness we combine modern science and ancient knowledge about human body and its interaction with nature. Using Massage Therapy, we help to direct and speed up natural healing processes in your body to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
